Chunky Snood

I have to say that I am not much of a designer, but more of a do-er. This snood however didn’t need much designing 🙂 It’s chunky, It’s warm and most importantly it is dead simple to make!

I have used:
– 4 skeins of Chunky Wendy Serenity yarn in grey
– hook size 15mm
– gauge is not important, as you can add as many rounds as you like

Round 1: Chain 148, join with slip stitch Make sure you do not twist your foundation chain.

Instead of your traditional foundation chain you could also make foundation double crochet chain.

Round 2: Chain 2 (counts as first dc), *DC in next stitch*, rep* 147 times  (148 dc), join with slip stitch.

Round 3-7: Repeat round 2. My snood has 7 round, but you can add as many as you like.
Once achieved desired width of the snood fasten off the last round with slip ditch and weave in your ends.

There you go! Your snood is ready!
